This latest release of SimbaEngine SDK now makes it easier than ever for developers to build a robust ODBC, JDBC or OLE DB driver, or an ADO.NET provider for their proprietary relational and non-relational data sources. SimbaEngine SDK 7.5 adds several new features to its already powerful architecture to make it faster and easier to build a high-performance, standards-based driver.
SimbaEngine SDK 7.5 includes Simba's new Quickstart Driver, an easy to use sample driver designed to quickly allow developers to create a working prototype driver. In addition, the updated SDK includes Simba's new Quickstart Guide. This new guide helps developers new to SimbaEngine by walking them through a step-by-step development of a basic, working driver. Together, the updated Quickstart Driver and Quickstart Guide shorten the time to create a functional read-only prototype driver to less than a week.
